Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Adviser to join a well established firm with multi offices in NSW. This is a new role created to support the continued growth of the business.
The Role – Senior Financial Planner
Experienced Financial Planning professionals with demonstrated high level strategic advice communication skills and advanced interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply. You don’t need to be a technician or sit in the back office doing admin, we’ve got that covered.
Develop advice strategies to key client segments – retirees, wealth accumulators, business owners, redundancy, tax effective structures (client share schemes), delivering specialist services in Investments (includes direct) SMSF and Insurance advice.
With the support structure and existing technically strong client advice managers in place your focus will be on-boarding new clients and converting existing clients to on-going advice. Take on some existing clients and build a book, or just keep hunting or go Hybrid!
The Person
Get out front and demonstrate your ability to engage and inspire clients to action. Bring your energy, activity discipline, and focus on outcomes.
Ideal applicants will have 3 years’ experience in a client facing advice role encompassing a broad range of client types and demographics. Additionally you will have experience working directly with accountants and/or managing successful referral relationships.
Advanced interpersonal relationship skills, strong analytical skills and eye for detail, client service focus and a genuine desire to help others are a must. High energy levels, new client engagement skills, lateral thinking capabilities and commercial aptitude will be expected.
Note: Financial Advisors with existing clients (ownership) are encouraged to apply – often the case with capacity constraints, the business will in-house you and provide maximum support.

Base salary packages highly incentivised and negotiable from circa $120k.
