The Business:
Founded In 2003 the business supports a loyal client base with expertise in investment and portfolio management, superannuation and self-managed super funds (SMSFs), estate planning and aged care strategies’, social security and tax, retirement planning, and insurance.
Situated inner Sydney, privately owned boutique fee for service financial planning firm. The team comprises three (3x) highly experienced Financial Advisers and a Portfolio Construction and Investment Research Manager.
The primary purpose of the role is to provide a high level of service and support to clients as a pivotal link between Advisers, Clients, and the Business.
The Role:
Your key objectives will be to:
- Actively contribute towards customer satisfaction and retention;
- Ensure the efficient and effective management of information systems;
- Ensure the ongoing management and implementation of client recommendations;
- Ensure effective communication between clients and the business and the development of strong client relationships;
- Assist in the research of investment products, strategies, regulation, and tax implications for the production of SoAs and RoAs

The business is going through structural change and might roll several operational functions into this role. The opportunity presents to add additional functions that include a range of these functions including general management of the office, basic accounts, HR, OH&S, and General Insurance License administration.

Remuneration:
Negotiable dependent on skills, experience and capabilities.
A base salary package of up to $100k inclusive of super.
