A fantastic new opportunity has arisen to be a member of a successful, expanding Financial Planning business with practices in Victoria, Tasmania and Queensland/NSW border.

Mature Boutique, ‘high touch’ financial advice business with six Senior Financial Advisers and growing national footprint. Dynamic, innovative, fast paced business with a market leading management team.
You will be joining a team of highly skilled Advisers and Client Service specialists servicing a large and loyal base of client groups.
The Role – Senior Risk Adviser
The primary focus of the role is to provide a high level of service and advice to an existing list of clients through personal interaction, client reviews, and education services.
Working closely with the national Advisers and support team you will provide “high touch” relationship management and servicing to a wide variety of clients. You will manage an allocated list of clients – circa 200 conducting the review process.

The Person
Ideal applicants will have 5 years’ experience in a client facing Insurance advice role encompassing a broad range of client types and demographics.
Additionally, you will have direct experience collaborating with professionals in comprehensive advice, lending and accounting. Knowledge and skills with business clients on Buy/Sell and Keyman strategies will be highly regarded.
You will demonstrate a high level of client service ethic, aptitude and capabilities, working knowledge of the Insurance industry and on-going regulatory change.
Advanced interpersonal relationship skills, strong analytical skills and eye for detail, client service focus and a genuine desire to help others are a must. High energy levels, new client engagement skills, lateral thinking capabilities and commercial aptitude will be expected.
Remuneration
Commencing salary package on offer negotiable circa $140-160k, plus a highly incentivised bonus structure to reward new business sales.
Bonus paid on new business written, plus standard gateway measures, compliance, client satisfaction, team work etc.
