The Business
Mature Boutique, ‘high touch’ financial advice business with five Senior Advisers with a large and loyal client base of busy professionals. Built on providing tailored be-spoke solutions and personalised service. Dynamic, innovative, fast paced business with a market leading management team.
You will be joining a team of highly skilled Advisers and Client Service specialists servicing a wide variety of HNW executives and professionals.
The Position
The primary objective of the role is to provide high level service to clients and support the Financial Planners with client enquiries, client reviews and advice implementation. You will take ownership of the front office and client meeting facilities, a concierge of sorts to meet and great clients and enhance the client experience.
You will be part of an experienced advice/office support team and also liaise with the Paraplanning SOA/ROA function with a team of outsourced professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to client queries
- Make and manage client appointments
- Implementation of SOA's / ROA's
- Prepare and process application forms
- Updating and maintaining client information within the Xplan database
- Administration and processing of client documentation
- Maintain and uphold data integrity
- Adhere to all relevant risk and compliance obligations
- General administration

The Person – ‘YOU’
Ideal applicants will have 2-3 years or more experience in a Client Service or Administration role in the financial advice sector.
- Experience in delivering high quality client service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong skills in Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook
- A 'can do' attitude with the ability to learn fast, take ownership and work both independently and as part of team
- Well organised with excellent attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver to deadlines
- An adaptable and flexible nature
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Experience with Xplan preferred
Remuneration
A competitive salary is on offer, $80-85k TEC as a guide dependent on qualifications and experience.
