Request a branded recruitment portal for your AFSL, advice practice or financial services business. R2A will use these details to prepare your setup agreement, branded portal structure and first recruitment workflow.

Setup fee $1,500 + GST One-off branded setup
1–10 employees $495 + GST p/m 6-month minimum term
10–30 employees $695 + GST p/m 6-month minimum term
30+ employees $895 + GST p/m 6-month minimum term

Step 2 will confirm advertising options, final agreement terms, electronic signature and secure Stripe payment instructions.

Employee / Portal Tier

Select the employee band that best reflects the size of your business. This determines the monthly portal subscription tier included in the setup agreement.

What happens next?

After submission, R2A will review your request and prepare the next step. This will include advertising options, final agreement terms, electronic signature and the secure Stripe payment link.

What is included in the portal setup?

R2A will prepare a branded recruitment portal structure for your AFSL, advice practice or financial services business. This includes your recruitment intake pathway, role brief structure, candidate application pathway and first recruitment workflow.

When does setup commence?

Setup commences after the portal setup agreement has been signed and payment has been confirmed. R2A will then review your submitted details and prepare the first version of your recruitment portal and workflow.

Are job advertisements included?

The R2A Job Board is included as part of the recruitment portal. Paid job advertising, including SEEK, Jora, Indeed and Adzuna, is a separate billable expense and is confirmed in Step 2 before any campaign is launched.
