The Position

The primary objective of the role is to provide a high level service to clients providing education and market updates to support their on-going resourcing and talent requirements. You will also provide support to a large database of Financial Planners with enquiries, client and market reviews and career advice  

The position will work closely with marketing and the business development function. 

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain an ongoing client research/prospect list and business plan to generate a steady flow of new clients and assignments. 
  • Commercial engagement and consistent sales of consulting services. 
  • Develop and maintain a consistent profile to market, develop ongoing narrative supported with marketing, research and intel. 
  • Develop and maintain a network of contacts to generate a steady flow of qualified “A-Grade” candidates. 
  • Maintain consistent advertising presence and attract high quality candidates. 
  • Delivery of consulting services pursuing a consistent quality professional process. 
  • Re-active and Pro-active communications with clients to build profile and support recruitment activities.  
  • Ensure accuracy and updated version of all documentation held on Job Adder 
  • Active member of national business development team 
  • Adhere to all relevant company policies and privacy obligations

The Person – ‘YOU’

 Ideal applicants will have 2-3 years or more experience in the recruitment industry as a Consultant or in a Client Service or Administration role.

  • Knowledge of the Financial Advice Industry 
  • Experience with Job Adder preferred 
  • High level negotiation capabilities and sales experience preferred 
  • Strong problem-solving ability 
  • Experience in delivering high quality client service 
  • A 'can do' attitude with the ability to learn fast, take ownership and work both independently and as part of team 
  • Well organised with excellent attention to detail 
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver to deadlines 
  • An adaptable and flexible nature
