Head of Financial Planning | Sydney
Take responsibility for divisional performance with a growing integrated financial services firm.
This is an opportunity for an experienced Financial Adviser to step beyond traditional client advice and take genuine ownership of a Financial Planning division — its people, clients, performance and growth.
You’ll join an established, integrated financial services business with a large existing client book, a diverse client base spanning accumulators through to pre- and post-retirees, and strong referral opportunities across accounting, lending and business advisory.
The role combines senior client advice with leadership and commercial responsibility. You’ll set direction for the division, lead and mentor the advice team, oversee advice quality and compliance, drive revenue growth and work closely with the broader leadership group to identify new opportunities.

Business management or ownership experience would be highly regarded, particularly for someone seeking a long-term leadership opportunity with genuine scope to influence the future direction of the division.
