The Role
The primary objective of the role is to provide high level service to clients and support the Financial Planner/s with client enquiries, client reviews and advice implementation. You will also liaise with and support the Paraplanning SOA/ROA function with a team of outsourced professionals.
You will initially work closely with one Senior Financial Adviser.
Your objectives will be to:
- Contribute proactively to enhance customer satisfaction and promote customer retention.
- Ensure the efficient and effective management of information systems, CRM Xplan.
- Maintain the ongoing implementation and management of client recommendations.
- Foster effective communication between the clients and the business, building robust client relationships.
- Assist in researching investment products, strategies, regulations, and tax implications to produce accurate SoAs and RoAs.

The Person
Ideal applicants will have 2-3 years or more experience in a Client Service or Administration role in the financial advice sector.
- Exposure to Investments & Directly held assets advantageous
- Experience with Xplan is a must have
- Experience in delivering high quality client service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A 'can do' attitude with the ability to learn fast, take ownership and work both independently and as part of team
- Well organised with excellent attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver to deadlines
- An adaptable and flexible nature
Remuneration
The base salary package is negotiable circa $80K depending on skills and experience.
