We are pleased to announce the addition of two highly talented individuals to its team. John Rey Baclayon and Graham Smith have joined R2A, bringing their extensive experience and expertise to further strengthen the company's commitment to delivering exceptional client services.

The principal of R2A, Dugald Braithwaite says "Recruit 2 Advice has strategic growth plan to develop market leading client solutions in talent sourcing for the Financial Advice Industry. This includes a new Tech Stack with client portals for interactivity and closer alignment and engagement in the talent sourcing and assessment process. The addition of Graham Smith as a lead Consultant and John Rey in Client support are consistent with our strategy of delivering best in class services to our clients".

John Rey joins R2A as a Client Services Specialist with a wealth of experience in the financial services industry. With his dynamic and fresh approach, John Rey is set to make a significant impact on the R2A team. John Rey's passion for client support and dedication to continuous learning will undoubtedly elevate the level of care and experience our consultants and clients receive.

Graham Smith brings an impressive 26 years of experience in the Financial Planning Industry to his role as a Consultant at R2A. Having achieved notable success throughout his career, Graham possesses a deep understanding of the financial planning sector, particularly in areas such as investment bonds and exchange-traded funds. Graham holds several tertiary qualifications, including a BBus Accounting and a BSci Agribusiness from Charles Sturt University, as well as a Grad Dip in Applied Finance and a Grad Dip in Financial Planning from Kaplan.
