2 x Client Service Manager – Risk Insurance Focus

EXCLUSIVE ROLE

Champions of service required to support a team of Advisers in a large self licensed life insurance specialist advice firm. Fast paced environment with large national client base. Display your passion for service and friendly outgoing nature with this growing business.

You will be responsible for supporting the advice process for both prospective and existing individual and SME clients, combined with delivering timely, efficient and high-quality service for all clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Service Manager and Administration

▪ Support the retail insurance advice process through proper administration of prospective individual and SME clients, across all relevant administration systems

▪ Prepare insurance quotations as requested by advisers

▪ Prepare accurate, thorough and high-quality Statements of Advice (SOA) and obtain clients’ authority to proceed with the advice recommendation

▪ Ensure a reduced new business cycle time by proactively managing all applications in suspense by engaging in minimum weekly contact with all relevant stakeholders, including but not limited to insurers, clients and third-party service providers

▪ Deliver a high-touch engagement with prospective clients via minimum weekly updates on the progress of their insurance application, and through the timely delivery of standardised communications

▪ Administer the end-to-end policy issue process across all systems and submit timely and high-quality requests to internal stakeholders

▪ Actively manage all client alteration activities, including but not limited to cover alterations, client details management, documentation requests and insurer escalations

▪ Support the annual review process by proactively sending renewal emails to all Bronze category clients, and by generating policy summaries for Silver, Gold and Platinum category clients, as requested by advisers

Consistently adhere to operational processes and procedures, and proactively identify enhancements to deliver continual improvement outcomes

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Ideal applicants will have demonstrated experience in a client services or administration role within the Financial Advice industry

REMUNERATION

A salary package up to $82k inclusive of super will be offered to the successful applicant, plus personal insurance cover and the opportunity to earn a performance based incentive bonus.
