AAS' SMSF Portfolio Administration Service does all the heavy lifting for advisers and Trustees so that they can focus their energies on managing their investments and optimizing the tax strategies of running an SMSF.
Realtime access for Financial Advisers and Clients:
- Up to date online access to the fund's investment portfolio, including performance reports, unrealized gains reports and asset allocation summaries.
- Online access to all the fund documents including Trust Deeds, Investment Strategies, accounts and tax returns, various minutes etc
- A Mailbox service to handle all the paperwork for the fund
- Preparation of Activity Statements and lodgments
- Up to date workflow management tools to ensure accounts are completed on time
- Ability to manage and pay bills on behalf of the fund, including tax payments, property maintenance and other bills.
- Compliance tools including pension and contribution reports on per member basis.
- Set up member pension and minutes.
- Preparation and lodgment of SMSF accounts and tax return as well as arranging the audit of the fund including any minutes.
