The Role | Senior Financial Adviser – Pathway to Partner

The primary focus of the role is to support (2nd Chair) several Principal Advisers with the day to day management of existing and new clients. You will attend client meetings and assist in the preparation and delivery of presentations (SOA/ROA/Portfolio), provide a high level of service to client enquiries and correspondence, maintain accurate records, and demonstrate a proactive approach to supporting the advice team.

The role is designed for you to succeed the current Principal Adviser/s, steadily engaging with existing clients and then transitioning into the lead relationship manager role. The position will involve continued training, mentoring and personal development leading to a steady transition over time to the Principal Adviser role.

The Person

  • 5 years in a senior client relationship management advice role
  • Investment, asset allocation & portfolio construction experience
  • Advanced technical skills / cash flow modelling / retirement income streams
  • Demonstrated client relationship and engagement capabilities

Sound understanding and working knowledge of current regulatory and compliance frameworks.

Passion for investing, financial advice, ambition to achieve, self driven, strong client orientation and ethics, dedication for continued learning and development, and a good sense of humour will be expected.
