This is a new role working closely with the Executive and Management of a large national Financial Planning Licensee. Due to continued growth and success of the business a requirement has become available to manage a broad range of marketing initiatives in-house plus managing third party providers.

The role

As marketing co-ordinator you will closely with management and support both internal requirements and provide external assistance to the groups Adviser network on demand. The position will facilitate and manage a wide range of initiatives including:

  • The provision of executive level industry comment and articles
  • Licensee website and social media activities and regular updates
  • Research and market commentary updates for Adviser circulation
  • Digital marketing services to Advisers including website & social media assistance
  • Manage third party suppliers for the provision of content and production

The Person

Applicants must demonstrate prior knowledge and working experience in the Financial Planning industry, ideally within a Dealer Group Licensee. Hands on experience working with Financial Planners and understanding of advice is imperative.

Administration, marketing or related experience in this sector will be considered.

High level written communication, digital media, content production, graphic design skills, and website management experience will all be highly regarded, plus tertiary marketing qualifications are desirable.


A suitable remuneration package will be negotiated for the preferred applicant commensurate with skills and experience.

The position will include some travel for group and industry events.
