Premier boutique providing Financial Planning advice and services to families and individuals. The personalised approach and consistent performance means they are now one of Launceston’s most trusted and well regarded advice businesses.
Entering an exciting and significant growth phase, the business is partnering with several advice firms to create scale and service capacity with offices in Tasmania and Victoria.
The Role
The primary focus of the role is to provide a high level of service and advice to an existing list of clients through personal interaction, client reviews, and education services.
As an advocate for the business, engage in the business’s advice philosophy and service delivery by pro-actively supporting activities around the brand, marketing and relationship management of third party referral partners.
You will work closely with the Principal of the firm to implement new processes and efficiencies to support the growth of the business’ advice capability. Contribute to the establishment and achievement of the practice annual revenue targets.
The Person
- Degree qualified in relevant discipline
- Post grad qualifications & FASEA compliant
- 3 years’ experience as a Financial Planner
Sound understanding and working knowledge of current regulatory and compliance frameworks.
Passion for investing, financial advice, ambition to achieve, self driven, strong client orientation and ethics, dedication for continued learning and development, and a good sense of humour will be expected.
