The role
You’ll work closely with the Director to:
- Engage directly with advice clients
- Support and gradually deliver holistic advice strategies
- Participate in SOA preparation and client implementation
- Build long-term client relationships under AFSL standards
- Embrace advice technology and efficient workflows
About you
- Professional Year completed or in progress
- Degree qualified (or near completion) in Financial Planning
- Strong client engagement and communication skills
- Commercial mindset with a desire to build a book
- Comfortable using advice tech and CRM systems
- Values advice quality, compliance and client trust
Remuneration & upside
- Base salary circa $80k + super
- Equity participation in client book over time
- Clear pathway to Adviser status and ownership
