Executive Manager - Financial Planning manager - R2A - Recruitment

The Role

Reporting to the General Manager, you will take responsibility to effectively manage the revenue and expense profile, service delivery and complete functionality of the QLD business operations.

The QLD business consists of business partnerships with Licensed Practices across the region and an employed division, financial advice practice located in the Brisbane CBD.

The role is a key member of the national leadership team with expected input into overall strategy and delivery of key tactical initiatives across the advice business lines.

The primary focus of the role is to drive the performance and team of 15 in the Brisbane CBD. The team includes 8 Adviser FTE’s and 6 CSO FTE’s.

You will continue to build on the high performance culture through relationship management, leadership, and initiatives to drive and support the advice team to deliver service to internal and external stakeholders.

The Person

Ideal applicants will have 3 years’ experience in a direct advice management role in a financial planning business, ideally with accountability for revenue and financial performance.

Demonstrated leadership, strategy development and commercial growth experience is a must. Collaboration, influence, and the ability to manage relationships up and down will be expected. Effective relationship management influence of external stakeholders and business partners.

The Rewards

A highly attractive package will be negotiated for the successful applicant inclusive, of base salary plus superannuation, and achievable annual incentive bonus.
