The role is 20-24 hours – either 3 full days or 4 *6 hour days. The client is flexible to make the arrangement work for both parties - including around school holidays.

Then the Financial Planning Practice Client Service Manager role may be the perfect role for you. Using your administration experience, you’ll provide a complete support service for the planners within the practice.

Your Skills and Qualifications

This position requires that you possess the following skills:

  • 3 years previous experience gained within an administration role within the Financial Services Industry
  • Excellent client service with well developed communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work on own initiative, plan and organise workloads effectively to meet deadlines
  • Strong organisational & planning skills
  • A desire to develop and improve your knowledge of the Financial Services Industry through continuous learning and professional qualifications

Experience working with HUB and Mason and Stevens will be an advantage.

The role

The main purpose of the role is to ensure efficient implementation of client strategies.

You will be supporting three busy Financial Planners, with a focus on the Principal Adviser and new client business acquisition reports and implementation.

The focus will be implementing strategy - ie opening accounts – super and non super, rollover, change of investments, insurance applications, coordinating estate planning meetings, co-ordinating SMSF establishment, co-ordinating lending recommendations with third party Mortgage Broker and liaising with clients during the process and keeping advisers up to date.

You will will utilise the assistance of Financial Planning Assistants / team members to complete client implementation – train them and create systems to ensure process driven, effective and efficient solutions.
