You will be joining a team of highly skilled Advisers and Client Service specialists servicing a large and loyal base of client groups.
The Position - Client Service Manager
The primary objective of the role is to provide high level service to clients and support the Financial Planners with client enquiries, client reviews and advice implementation. You will also liaise with and support the Paraplanning SOA/ROA function with a team of outsourced professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Implementation of SOA's / ROA's
- Prepare and process application forms
- Updating and maintaining client information within the Xplan database
- Administration and processing of client documentation
- Manage and respond to client queries
- Make and manage client appointments
- Maintain and uphold data integrity
- Adhere to all relevant risk and compliance obligations
- General administration

The Person
Ideal applicants will have 2-3 years or more experience in a Client Service or Administration role in the financial advice sector.
- Experience with Xplan preferred
- Experience in delivering high quality client service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong skills in Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook
- A 'can do' attitude with the ability to learn fast, take ownership and work both independently and as part of team
- Well organised with excellent attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver to deadlines
- An adaptable and flexible nature
- Strong problem-solving ability
